The copywriter will be responsible for all copy needs within the INTIMINA Brand. Through captivating and informative text, this position will create brand awareness, generating interest in INTIMINA products encouraging product adoption. This integral role coordinates with both the marketing and graphic designers’ teams to support their respective objectives, ensuring consistency in voice while positioning INTIMINA as an outperforming brand solely for the benefit of women's intimate health.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop a deep understanding of the INTIMINA brand (tone/voice/look/feel)
• Develop and transform existing copy into captivating, commercial and informative text that will increase the awareness of INTIMINA brand - targeting retailers, distributors, journalists and/or end-customers
• Develop Written content for website (Intimina.com)
• Develop creative ideas and concepts, often in collaboration with the graphic designers and brand manager
• Develop written content for POS Material, User manuals, Product descriptions, Social media channels, SEO, sales letters, ads, press releases and intimate wellbeing articles
• Handle several projects at the same time, sometimes under pressure and often to tight deadlines
• Proofreading copy to check spelling, grammar, and INTIMINA trademark usage
• Amending, revising or redeveloping text in response to feedback from the creative team, PR Team and Marketing Team from sister brands
• Keeping up to date with popular culture and trends

ORGANIZATION RELATIONSHIPS:

• Report directly to the INTIMINA Brand Manager. Regular communication with marketing specialists, international graphic designers, copywriters and PR Team across the organization. Develop working relationship with all relevant functions.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge, skills & abilities:

• The candidate should demonstrate a passion for grammar and context in addition to having extensive copywriting/editing experience.
• A sincere interest in beauty, cosmetics, healthcare and wellbeing
• Ability to creatively research and formulate potential marketing strategies from concept to realization
• Ability to write clear, persuasive, original copy
• Keen attention to detail and ability to produce near-ready-for-print copy in line with company message and to serve the interests of the brand as a whole
• Great resourcefulness and creativity
• English Native Speaker
• Excellent people skills and an upbeat and enthusiastic attitude

Minimum educational level:

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university required (English, Literature, Journalism, Marketing or Communications degree preferred)

Minimum experience:

• A minimum of 3 years of professional copywriting experience
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Power Point, and the World Wide Web (HTML and other Web-language skills a plus);
• Knowledge/understanding of marketing and creative process is a plus

Social Media & Online Advertising Manager – Shanghai, China

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing the digital marketing communications strategy and assisting implementation across PR and Marketing group. Tasked with the responsibility of generating and monitoring brand and product awareness through the Internet. Responsible of tracking and evaluating online marketing initiatives.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop marketing strategies using online media. Optimize website content to ensure both search engine visibility and favorable user experience.
• Map out an online marketing strategy for INTIMINA and drive the strategy proven by metrics
• Track and monitor site traffic and optimize campaigns based on the best-performing strategies.
• Implement a variety of forms of social media to promote brand recognition and promotions and to drive traffic to the brand’s website, provide regular updates on fans, followers and site visitors
• Create and update daily, weekly and monthly reports
• Analyze campaigns and translate anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising the social media campaigns.
• Work closely with Marketing Manager to define PR & Online Marketing campaigns and numerous events worldwide

Cosmetics Product Development Manager – Shanghai, China

The Product development manager will provide technical expertise throughout the new product development process and pre and post product compliance. From start to finish, you will need to manage the development process for cosmetic products to be sold in pharmacies and drugstores in different markets worldwide. The candidate must have a strong knowledge of and experience in at least one of the following fields: cosmetics, intimate care and well-being, and/or medical devices.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop a deep understanding of the INTIMINA brand concept and conceptualize novel product ideas.
• Ensure the development of products is in accordance with the objective cost, deadlines and the set quality standard.
• Prepare market research, formula briefs, product testing, product sheets, and packaging claims.
• Responsible for the technical elements of the new product development process and the ongoing technical product compliance.
• Have knowledge of international cosmetics regulations (USA, Europe, Australia, Canada, China, etc.) and be able to build this experience to cover wider markets.
• Manage the product, packaging, and product claims quality processes. Ensure that product claims made can be substantiated. Make sure quality issues are resolved with suppliers and other relevant departments.
• Collaborate with Western suppliers to enhance and increase product performance and quality; ensuring they adhere to quality and legal requirements.
• Deliver the technical aspects of all critical paths to budget/cost and within set timescales.
• Regularly review and benchmark the Intimina brand products, comparing them with key competitors to ensure the comparable quality is maintained.
• Analyze customer review trends; communicate and utilize information to improve quality and performance of products.
• Continually keep up to date with standards, legal requirements and technical innovations (formulas, ingredients, new products, and packaging).

ORGANIZATION RELATIONSHIPS:
Education:
