All products are manufactured at a European-managed factory in China using the highest quality materials and meet or exceed international standards. Internet orders are usually shipped within 2 days of receiving an order. Most orders will be delivered within 5 days of shipment, but be aware that this can vary depending on country. You can always check the status of your order by logging in to your Intimina account and checking your order history.
Whether Intimina is shipping to your home, to your office or to a gift recipient, delivery is utterly discreet. Depending on the customs regulations of your country, a general description may be included in small print on the outside of the plain white packaging. For EU packaging there will be no description; for US packaging the initials “H.M” will appear on the outside, while for all other countries the description will be "Sample toys". Beyond that, our packaging makes no mention of the nature of the contents inside.
Intimina uses DHL or UPS for most deliveries, but we are open to using another supplier if there are special reasons making this faster or more convenient for you, especially during holidays.
Please note that we cannot ship to certain countries due to legal restrictions. If delivery problems arise, we will contact you by email or phone. You may be held responsible for customs or other fees upon your shipment's arrival to your country, except in the USA, European Union and China.
We regret that we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.
Shipping price is a set fee per order, independent of country of delivery, the number of products or their weight. This set fee is currently EUR 9.80 or USD 9.90, depending on the customer's location.
Pre-authorization from Intimina Customer Care is required for all returns and exchanges.
If you are dissatisfied with any Intimina product, it may be returned unopened and unused within 14 days of receipt for refund or exchange. Shipping must be paid by the customer. All shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once opened Intimina products can only be returned due to defects caused by faulty workmanship or materials. This does not include cosmetic deterioration caused by fair wear and tear or damage caused by accident, misuse or neglect.
Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you believe your product has a defect or for any other issues or questions. Defective products must be returned to Intimina (together with Return Merchandise Authorization number provided by customer care) shipping paid by the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a fault is confirmed, Intimina will, at its discretion, replace the product free of charge. All returns require pre-authorization.

If you discover a defect and notify Intimina within the 1 year warranty period, Intimina will, at its discretion, replace the product free of charge.
Opened Intimina electronic devices may not be returned unless they are defective. Shipping must be paid by the customer. All shipping costs are non-refundable. Pre-authorization from Intimina Customer Care is required for all returns and exchanges.
2. If you purchased your product from an Intimina retailer:
All defective Intimina electronic devices may be returned within 1 year of purchase for replacement only.
Pre-authorization from Customer Care is required for all returns and exchanges.
Please note that you will need to send the original receipt together with the product back to one of our Intimina offices.
Damage during delivery (Intimina Eshop Only)
If upon receiving your delivery you find that the box has been damaged or opened, or content is missing, please take a photograph of the packaging and write "Damaged / opened / missing content when delivered by TNT/UPS/FEDEX" on the receipt. Once you inform us and send us the photograph, we will take up the issue directly with TNT/UPS/FEDEX and pursue compensation.
To return or exchange an Intimina electronic device, follow these steps:
1. Login to your Intimina account – just click here.
2. Once you have created an account or logged in, click the Activate Warranty/Claim link on the right-hand side of the page.
If you have already activated your warranty, click the Claim button next to the details of the relevant product and follow the steps. If you have not yet activated your warranty, follow the steps to do so, then click the Claim button next to the details of the relevant product. 3. When you have made your claim, you will receive a claim confirmation containing details of where to send your product and receipt.
