No, it\u2019s not a myth. People do squirt. Often. Some people do it spontaneously, while others work tirelessly in their quest for female ejaculation. Once they get the hang of it, you bet your butt they\u2019ll be back for more.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Let\u2019s get one thing out of the way first.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Maybe Pee?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Squirting is not peeing. At Least it\u2019s not<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> just pee<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. One of the <a href=\"https:\/\/onlinelibrary.wiley.com\/doi\/full\/10.1111\/jsm.12799\">most cited <\/a><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">studies<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0regarding squirting gives us a clearer idea about what makes up this spontaneous eruption.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It\u2019s different from your garden variety ejaculation that comes out of the vagina when stimulated, and consists of cervical fluid. Neither is it the cum that comes out of the urethra when someone orgasms- which is typically white and milky in consistency.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A group of self-proclaimed squirters were the study\u2019s subjects. At the beginning of the study, all the women claimed they had empty bladders. Upon sexual arousal, their bladders filled, and you guessed it- expelled. Leaving them empty again.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">While yes, squirting does come from the urethra, there are slight differences from your run of the mill pee. What comes out after stimulation, contained PSA, or prostatic\u2010specific antigen. A protein that\u2019s also found in the male prostate glands. Which makes sense why it\u2019s produced by the Skene\u2019s glands- the female equivalent of the prostate.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Some research suggests that not every woman has a Skene\u2019s gland- or that they don\u2019t all produce the same effect in terms of squirting.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Squirters in The Wild<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Science aside, if you ask real squirters in the wild about their experience, chances are they\u2019ll tell you- it\u2019s not pee.
