One of the most common thoughts racing through someone\u2019s head before birth is if, and how they are going to handle the intensity.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Luckily, there is a myriad of resources and tools that can help support birthing people through their journey. Tools that help to soothe them through the surges or contractions, help them come back to themselves when navigating the birth portal<\/a>, and of course – help manage pain or intensity. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Some of the most common tools that come to mind when thinking about labor are pharmacological options like an epidural<\/a> or certain narcotics<\/a> that are safe for use during labor.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n But those aren\u2019t your only options. There are plenty of more \u201cnatural\u201d, or non-pharmaceutical tools that can be used on their own, or in conjunction with said pharmacological medications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \r\n\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
