A beginner’s BEST FRIEND

Lily Cup One is designed especially for first-time menstrual cup users: it collapses into a discreet case for carry-anywhere convenience, has an extra-firm rim that makes opening and sealing a breeze, and features a removal loop for total peace of mind.

A menstrual cup to reduce both your period's overall carbon footprint and your contribution to the 20 billion pads, tampons, and applicators that will likely be dumped in North American landfills in 2019.

Intimina Cup One is designed to be one of the most petite options on the market. It's also one of the best options for teenagers or those who have never used a menstrual cup before.

A cup can get you through the day without you needing to count on your fingers how many tampons to bring with you. Plus, Lily Cup helps cut down on environmental waste and your tampon/pad expenses.

No strings ATTACHED

Discover the superior alternative to pads & tampons. Lily Cup One is perfect for those who are new to cups or find themselves having a little extra trouble with using their cups – because Lily Cup One makes it all so incredibly easy!

HOW to use

Hold the base of your cup, flatten the opening and fold in half.

Angle your cup towards your tailbone and insert it upwards until the removal loop is inside.

Place correctly

Rotate the cup slightly left and right or lightly pull down on the cup. If it doesn’t move, the seal is formed.

To remove, grab the removal loop and softly squeeze the base to release the seal. Gently pull the removal loop downwards.
