In countries mandating a longer warranty time, we will extend the warranty appropriately.

Making a Warranty Claim
To activate your warranty for Intimina device, please contact our Customer Care at email@example.com to initiate the warranty process.
Keep your original purchase receipt as evidence that the date of your claim is within the warranty period.
Warranty terms and conditions
Intimina warrants its devices for a period of ONE (1) YEAR, after the date of original purchase, against defects due to faulty workmanship or materials.
We will replace your Intimina device free of charge for all claims made within the warranty period.
The warranty covers working parts that affect the function of the device. It does not cover cosmetic deterioration caused by fair wear and tear or damage caused by accident, misuse or neglect. Any attempt to open or take apart the Intimina device will render the warranty invalid.
All warranty claims need to be supported by reasonable evidence that the date of the claim is within the warranty period and that the device has a fault.
The device needs to be returned to us to the designated location and the warranty process completed before we can replace it. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
For all claims resolved within the 1-year warranty period, the replacement device warranty is calculated from the original purchase date.
We don't offer a refund clause, store credit in exchange, or a satisfaction guarantee, only a refund for unopened purchased products within 14 days of receipt.
This undertaking is in addition to consumers’ statutory rights and does not affect those rights in any way.
